How much is postage and how quickly will you dispatch my order?

Orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days. If you require an order sooner, please message before ordering to check availability.

UK Postage

We offer a standard 48hr or 24hr delivery confirmation service with Royal Mail.

My Parcel Hasn't Arrived?

Unfortunately, delivery timescales are out of our control and sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected e.g. after Bank Holidays, Customs and bad weather. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering - we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect/incomplete address.

Royal Mail only considers post to be lost after 15 working days from the due delivery date in the UK and 25 working days internationally. Working days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Refunds or replacements will only be given if Royal Mail deems after their investigations the order to be damaged or lost.

I would like to return my item

Please e-mail us if you wish to return an unused item where we can organise the return, replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Items should be returned in original packaging and in the condition received. Please read the Return Policy before returning an item
